Making sense of the Younique Wealth Pay Plan
Commissions and bonuses from marketing Younique’s products are based on the concept of Commissionable Volume. Younique Wealth Distributors receive income based on the CV of the products they market and sell. The Younique Wealth qualifying product for example, has a CV of 200 and pays a commission of 40%, which translates to US$ 80, to the first level. All other products have different CVs which determine the commission a distributor gets.
Personal Savings Volume (PSV) is the total amount of CV points accumulated from all purchases of the Independent Business Owners plus the total amount of CV points from all personal customer Retail purchases.
Group Volume (GV) is the total of CV and PSV from each purchase within the Independent Business Owner’s Group. The total Group Volume accumulated within a calendar month determines the commissions that a Younique Distributor will get. This does not include the Independent Business Owner’s own purchases.
CV, PSV, GV and the Younique Wealth Systems’ Pay Plan
According to the Younique Wealth compensation plan, bonuses and commissions are paid to qualified Independent Business Owners. Independent Business Owners receive commissions and income based on marketing the gold, silver and nest egg savings products.
Where a Younique MLM Distributor is not qualified, compression occurs. This means, any commission due to the distributor is paid to the next Independent Business Owner in that downline.
Younique distributors are not restricted on the number of personal customer retail sales they can make. The Younique Distributor is paid a bonus of 50% of the CV of the retail product.
Commissions are paid on Younique’s qualifying product down to the first 13 compressed levels. On each level, down to 13 levels, commission is paid, as a percentage of the qualifying product.
